Oyster restoration project focuses on increasing diversity in marine sciences

A new grant will aid North Carolina's efforts to establish oyster sanctuaries. A North Carolina State program is monitoring the health of the oyster restoration projects and has a goal of recruiting students of color to join the marine sciences field.
