Introducing the new and improved WBUR App
Never miss a moment of listening with WBUR's redesigned mobile application, available now for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The new and improved WBUR App allows users to easily rewind, scrub and pause live broadcasts with a swipe. Plus, popular shows like Morning Edition, All Things Considered and Marketplace — as well as WBUR Podcasts — are available to stream or download for easy listening anytime, anywhere.
New features just added to the WBUR App include:
- On-demand, hourly local news updates from WBUR and hourly national news updates from NPR.
- Push notifications to stay up to date on essential news and more from WBUR.
- Gateway to WBUR newsletters and online news stories.
WBUR will celebrate the app's "official" relaunch — over apps — with celebrity chef Tiffani Faison and Radio Boston host Tiziana Dearing at an afterparty following the Monday, Jan. 30 "Curated Cuisine" event at CitySpace.
Attendees will enjoy special treats and a chance to win a gift card to Faison's newest hot spot, Tenderoni’s Pizza. Premiere seating is sold out, but a handful of great general admission and student tickets remain — so grab them before they're gone!
