WBUR CitySpace announces fall 2025 season

WBUR CitySpace at The Lavine Broadcast Center is pleased to announce its fall 2025 season lineup, featuring a dynamic slate of conversations, live performances, hands-on workshops, culinary experiences and special guests. This season welcomes back fan favorites while introducing exciting new events that explore culture, community and creativity in Boston and beyond.
Fall highlights include notable names like bestselling author and New Yorker contributor Susan Orlean; CNN anchor Jake Tapper on his new book, “Race Against Terror: Chasing an Al Qaeda Killer at the Dawn of the Forever War” and a conversation on solar energy and climate change with activist Bill McKibben; the return of the wildly popular Curated Cuisine series featuring renowned chefs and food writers; and The Moth StorySLAM, featuring new storytelling nights on themes of identity, vulnerability and family. This season also features political analysis with former national security adviser Jake Sullivan, live podcast tapings of “Weight For It” and “Greeking Out” and beloved holiday programming, including our annual reading of “A Christmas Carol” and a special Christmas concert with acclaimed vocal ensemble Blue Heron.
