Marquis Neal is a senior technical director at WBUR. He most recently worked as senior technical director for Radio Boston, WBUR's daily local news show.
Born and raised in the Dorchester area of Boston, Marquis is what you would consider homegrown talent. He attended the New England Institute of Art and received his bachelor's degree in audio and media technology.
Starting out as a broadcast radio technician, and most recently serving as the technical director for WBUR and NPR’s Only A Game up until the show ended, Marquis has worked up the audio department ladder at WBUR.
In his spare time, he is an aspiring entrepreneur in the entertainment and cannabis industries. He also loves sports, particularly Boston sports, of course.
