Massachusetts Senate Democratic leaders say they are disappointed with the size of Gov. Charlie Baker's budget increases for education money for cities and towns.

The governor's budget increases local aid for education by 1.6 percent.

Some in the Senate are calling that "a big short." WBUR's Fred Thys reports for Morning Edition.
