Questions Remain After Meningitis Hearings

While Massachusetts lawmakers heard testimony on the meningitis outbreak Wednesday, congressional lawmakers were doing the same in Washington, D.C., in a hearing that at times became contentious.

For a closer look at the hearing, and what questions remain, Harvard University political science professor Daniel Carpenter, who specializes in regulatory law, joined WBUR's Morning Edition Thursday.
