Prosecutors Call Tsarnaev An 'Unrepentant Killer' As Phase 2 In His Trial Begins

Calling Dzhokhar Tsarnaev an "unrepentant killer," federal prosecutors are urging the jury to impose a sentence of death on the convicted Boston Marathon bomber.

The second phase of the trial began Tuesday.
