Judge Grants Boston Man Bail Before New Trial For Killing Police Detective

A Boston man once convicted of the murder of a Boston police detective could get his first taste of freedom this week in nearly 22 years. The same judge that ordered a fourth trial for Sean Ellis has now granted him bail.
