In his new book, "A National Party no More: The Conscience of a Conservative Democrat" he warns the Democratic party that it can't treat the South as if it's "gone with the wind" and hope to win. Senator Zell Miller, he has been Georgia's senator since
2000 and is a former two-term governor of Georgia. In Congress he has worked to lower taxes, improve education and support the war on terrorism. His most recent book is "A National Party no More: The Conscience of a Conservative Democrat."
