Georgia Senator and life-long Democrat Zell Miller said he's backing George W. Bush for president. In his new book, "A National Party no More: The Conscience of a Conservative Democrat" he warns the Democratic party that it can't treat the South as if it's "gone with the wind" and hope to win.
