Toyota vs. Washington

Joining us from Detroit is Kate Linebaugh, auto industry reporter for The Wall Street Journal. She's reported recently on Toyota's relationship with U.S. safety regulators.

From Charlotte, North Carolina we're joined by Joan Claybrook,  president emeritus of the consumer advocacy group Public Citizen. She headed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) during the Carter administration.
