Maybe you’ve seen them before, especially if you live in a rural part of the country, a private vehicle, someone’s regular car … except, it’s got a little sign on it that says U.S. MAIL.

In this 'Dear On Point' radio diary, we hear from a substitute rural postal carrier in Nebraska about what it means to her to deliver mail to rural Nebraskans for the USPS.
