Taking On Cancer In The Developing World
ResumeCancer has emerged as the leading cause of death in the developing world, claiming more than 5 million lives a year. Those deaths account for nearly two-thirds of all cancer deaths worldwide. Now, a group of Boston-based medical experts is advocating for a new "Call to Action," a global cancer initiative similar to the one that helped stem the spread of HIV/AIDS in the developing world.
