Preventing Head Trauma In School Sports
ResumeA new law in Massachusetts aimed at reducing head trauma among kids who play school sports requires coaches to be better trained to recognize possible brain injuries. It also mandates that they refer student athletes for medical attention more quickly. Some, however, ask if the legislation goes far enough.
