Monday, the Pulitzer Prize committee awarded its 2011 prize for criticism to Boston Globe arts critic Sebastian Smee, for his "vivid and exuberant writing about art, often bringing great works to life with love and appreciation."

Smee joins us to talk about why Boston is such a great place to write about art.
