The future of Occupy Boston in Dewey Square remained a mystery Thursday after a court hearing involving protesters and the city of Boston ended without a ruling.

On the one side, the city argues they have the right to evict the protesters, though Mayor Tom Menino says it has no immediate plans to do so. On the other, the protesters say their Dewey Square encampment is protected by free speech.

For now, Occupy Boston protesters can remain until the judge's ruling, expected to come within the next two weeks. Guest:
