Legal immigrants have equal rights to health coverage in Massachusetts. That’s the take away from a Supreme Judicial Court ruling Thursday that will affect about 40,000 legal immigrants in the state.

WBUR's Martha Bebinger has been reporting on the ruling, and will join us to explain what the ruling means for residents as well as for the state budget.
