This week Massachusetts Transportation Secretary Richard Davey demanded that the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy wean itself from state funding by 2019. The conservancy's finances have been under scrutiny since executive director Nancy Brennan sent an errant email to a Boston Herald reporter last week indicating she was trying to dodge questions about her $185,000 salary.

We take the conversation beyond executive compensation: who should pay for the Greenway? How much should it cost? Who should run it and what would a good return on investment look like?

Guests:

  • Nancy Brennan, executive director, Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy.
  • State Rep. Aaron Michlewitz, D-Suffolk.
  • State Rep. Peter Durant, R-Spencer.
