What Harry Potter fan hasn't wanted to play a spirited game of Quidditch — flying around on broomsticks, chasing the golden snitch, scoring points for Gryffindor? We may not be able to fly, but that hasn't stopped Potter fans from turning Quidditch into a college sport.

It's been called a "tag, rugby, dogdeball hybrid", but it looks like nothing you've ever seen before. Players run around with broomsticks between their legs chasing a human golden snitch in this co-ed, full-contact sport.

Ten Quidditch teams from across the country faced off Saturday at The Boston Cannons' Champions Series Tournament at the Harvard University soccer field, and Emerson College beat Villanova University for the title in the final match.

This segment aired on April 30, 2012.
