Throughout history, the often thin line between love and rivalry among brothers has shaped the world — from Cain and Abel to the Marx Brothers, from the Kennedys and the Van Goghs to the Thoreaus. Fraternal bonds are enduring, powerful and fraught with complexity.

Western Massachusetts writer, George Howe Colt, parallels the experiences of these iconic brothers with those of his own in his latest book. He joins Radio Boston to tell us more.
