During the manhunt for the Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, most of the city, locked-down, waited for the moment of capture.

Anxiety and anticipation may have described most Bostonians' emotions that day, but for Tiziana Dearing, another emotion took over--sympathy and concern.  For the victims--and for Dzhokhar.
