Law enforcement authorities have announced that Boston Marathon bombings suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will face a 30-count grand jury indictment charging him with the use of weapons of mass destruction and the killing of four people.

Tsarnaev, who is 19, is scheduled to appear in federal court on July 10.
