Massachusetts Health Connector Payment Deadline Extended

Tuesday is the final day to sign up for a health plan through the Massachusetts marketplace for coverage by January 1, 2015. The connector has decided to extend the deadline for payment for insurance coverage until this Sunday.

With delays and heavy traffic on the commonwealth's health connector website, the page that manages payments for the health connector went down for about a half an hour Tuesday morning. And the call-in wait times are now at more than an hour.
