Massachusetts' Newest Congressman, Seth Moulton, To Be Sworn In

Democrat Seth Moulton is among the 71 new members of Congress to take the oath of office Tuesday.

The representative-elect laid out his key priorities including economic development in Lynn, helping fishermen in Gloucester and fixing the Veteran Administration's health care system.

He also weighed in on some key issues such as the Keystone XL pipeline and the Afghan president's call for the U.S. to rethink its timetable.
