If all had gone according to plan in the trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, jurors would have been seated about a month ago and they'd be hearing testimony by now.

But it's anyone's guess as to when the opening arguments will take place, and where they'll happen. Defense attorneys for Tsarnaev are again asking for the trial to be moved out of Boston. Meanwhile, the court has questioned more than 600 potential jurors, and hopes to finalize the jury this week.
