At the end of this month, the president of Williams College will step down to take the helm of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. President Adam Falk has led the liberal arts college since 2010, during which time the school has grown its endowment by more than $1 billion, now topping $2.5 billion for a campus of about 2,000 students.

He joins us to talk about his legacy at the liberal arts college.
