Supreme Court Sides With Colorado Baker
ResumeThe Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of a Colorado baker who refused to bake a cake for a same sex couple's wedding. The decision has been called narrow, and does not address some of the larger free speech or religious liberty issues that were heard during oral arguments.
