The mayor of Fall River, Jasiel Correia, is back at work Friday, saying he won't resign after pleading not guilty to charges of fraud in Boston federal court.

Federal prosecutors say Correia, who at 26 is the city's youngest mayor ever, defrauded investors in a startup company he began in college of hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to finance his own "lavish lifestyle."
