Some State Lawmakers Want A Return To Rent Control, But Baker Isn't Buying It

Back in 1994, state voters narrowly banned rent control on a ballot question. Now, a group of Massachusetts lawmakers is trying to bring it back, saying it could help turn the tide on rising rental prices. But Governor Charlie Baker says it would be a move in the "wrong direction."
