Gov. Baker Addresses Col. Kerry Gilpin's Departure As Head Of Mass State Police

Colonel Kerry Gilpin is retiring as head of the Massachusetts State Police, effective Nov. 15. She steps down after two years at the helm of the scandal-plagued agency. Gov. Charlie Baker addressed Gilpin's retirement with reporters on Wednesday.
