As SCOTUS Strikes Down A Restrictive Abortion Law, Looking To The Future Of Roe v. Wade

The Supreme Court on Monday ruled on a major abortion case to start the week.

The court struck down a Louisiana law that required doctors performing abortions have admitting privileges to nearby hospitals — the effects of which could have left the state with a single abortion clinic.
