The Supreme Court on Monday ruled on a major abortion case to start the week.

The court struck down a Louisiana law that required doctors performing abortions have admitting privileges to nearby hospitals — the effects of which could have left the state with a single abortion clinic.

We discuss with Nancy Gertner, retired federal judge, senior lecturer at Harvard Law School, and WBUR's legal analyst.
