Tax Free Holiday Gives Struggling Businesses A Boost

Despite being reopen since May, Massachusetts retailers are still struggling to make a full recovery from the financial impacts of the coronavirus pandemic. But this weekend's tax free holiday may have been a gift.

Jon Hurst, president of the Retail Association of Massachusetts, says the tax holiday was "the best weekend since the pandemic started."

He tells us more about how retailers are working to stay afloat, along with Richard Gordon, owner of Allen's Perfumers in Chelsea.
