There was flooding in Boston on Monday due to a king tide, which is an extra high tide. The floods didn't come as a surprise to Christopher Cook, Boston's environment chief, who we speak with about the city's climate resiliency plans. Last month, his office released detailed plans for Dorchester, Downtown, and the North End.
