All over the country there's been a renewed focus on "Brady" lists.

These are lists that prosecutors keep about police whose past conduct may disqualify them from testifying in court. A WBUR investigation earlier this year found only four out of Massachusetts' 11 district attorneys maintained Brady lists.

In New Hampshire, there's one statewide list, called the "Laurie list," maintained by the state Attorney General's office. It's been secret. Now, there's a legal battle underway to make it public.

We speak to New Hampshire Public Radio senior reporter Jason Moon, host of the "Bear Brook" podcast, as well as the new podcast "The List."

This segment aired on November 23, 2020.
