Governor Baker Has Until Midnight To Sign Major Climate Bill

Governor Baker has until midnight Thursday to sign or a reject a massive climate legislation package. If approved, the bill would require Massachusetts to reduce its emissions 50 percent below 1990-levels in the next ten years, and be "net zero" by 2050.
