What Should We Take Away From Trump's Second Impeachment Trial?

33:18

On this Presidents' Day, many are considering the state of the presidency, after the Senate acquitted former President Donald Trump on a charge of incitement of insurrection. Seven Republican senators voted to convict, but there were more surprises in the speeches made after the vote than in the vote itself.

We take listener calls with David Gergen, advisor to Presidents Nixon, Ford, Reagan and Clinton and founding director of the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, and Kellie Carter Jackson, assistant professor of Africana Studies at Wellesley College.

This segment aired on February 15, 2021.
