On Monday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced new guidelines for fully vaccinated people: they can gather privately indoors without masks and without physical distancing. As more than 700,000 Massachusetts residents qualify as "fully vaccinated," we find ourselves wondering: are we headed back to normal? And what's that normal look like? What's safe?
