As The Commonwealth Lifts Almost All COVID Restrictions, We Answer Listener Questions
ResumeCambridge-based Moderna says its coronavirus vaccine is effective for 12 to 17 year olds. The company is now seeking FDA authorization for emergency use with that age group. If authorized, it would become available for kids 12 and older alongside the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
Meanwhile, almost three and half million Massachusetts residents are fully vaccinated, that's close to 50 percent of the state. And this weekend, the commonwealth's last COVID-19 restrictions lift in most settings.
