The region said 'let's go' this week from elections to shots. Michelle Wu made history on Tuesday when she became the first woman and first Asian American to win the Boston mayoral race. First up on her agenda? The unfolding situation at the intersection of Melnea Cass Boulevard and Massachusetts Avenue, known as 'Mass. and Cass.' The help couldn't come soon enough as tents and encampments in the area began to be cleared out this week thanks to an executive order from Acting Mayor Kim Janey's office. Speaking of Acting Mayor Janey, today she announced family vaccine clinics in the city as shots become available for those age 5 to 11. We take your calls on all of this with  Jennifer Braceras, director of the Independent Women's Law Center at the Independent Women's Forum, and Marie St. Fleur, a former Massachusetts State Representative.

This program aired on November 5, 2021.
