The Friday after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, used to be the holiday season's main shopping event, but with the rise of online shopping, Cyber Monday is now another day to snag deals on electronics, clothes, and ... pretty much everything as the holiday shopping season kicks into full gear.

But as the pandemic rages on, supply chain issues slow things down, and inflation rises, is this Cyber Monday different from last year's? And how do you keep your information safe online? We discuss with Sucharita Kodali, VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester, and Hiawatha Bray, tech writer for the Boston Globe.

This segment aired on November 29, 2021.
