Radio Boston takes a look at the state of libraries in Massachusetts jails and prisons. We here from Brian Stokes, interim library director at the Falmouth Public Library and volunteer librarian at the Barnstable County Jail, along with Reginald Dwayne Betts, poet and founder of Freedom Reads, an organization which installs libraries in prisons and jails across the country.
