Designing luxury shoes, with a little inspiration from a Massachusetts salvage yard

Chris Donovan completely upended his life in his mid-50s. After 25 years of working as a telephone repairman, Donovan decided to go back to an obsession he's had for decades: luxury women's shoes. The Fairhaven resident now owns and operates Chris Donovan Footwear.
