This week's show featured the second of three panel discussions organized by the Boston University Department of Journalism on the 2004 American presidential race.

The second panel focused on the effect the American military's involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan will have on the outcome of this year's presidential race.

The panelists of this discussion were Ceci Connolly, political reporter for the Washington Post, Norm Ornstein, resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, Kenneth Irby, visual journalism group leader at the Poynter Institute, R.D. Sahl, prime-time anchor for New England Cable News, and Brian McGrory, columnist for the Boston Globe.
