Many of the wildfires burning across Northern California this week are less than 10 percent contained, according to officials.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Chris Rogers (@ChrisRogers_CA), city councilor for Santa Rosa, about the situation in his city, where about 3,000 homes have been destroyed.
