President Trump has reiterated his intention to impose tariffs on steel and aluminum imports. House Speaker Paul Ryan opposes the tariffs, along with other prominent Republicans. The trade policy fight comes on a day when Trump meets with Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven to discuss the relationship between the two countries.
