Kevin G. Andrade was a freelancer producer for WBUR's Radio Boston.
He's a journalist with words published in: The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Boston Globe and The Providence Journal.
A native of New Bedford, he was raised in the area's Portuguese-American community and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. His previous reporting has focused on a holistic approach to reporting on immgirant communities which has won multiple awards in New England.
He is an avid salsa dancer and requests you do not begin a conversation with him about history, because he will engage in it forever.
