Post-tropical storm Hermine will affect the weather in New England for the better part of this week.

The Cape, the islands and the south coast are all under a tropical storm warning Monday morning — high winds, rough surf and rain will be around throughout the first half of this week.

WBUR Meteorologist David Epstein joined Morning Edition to discuss what to anticipate from Hermine.
