New PTSD Study Offering Hope To Veterans

This year's Veteran's Day ceremonies could be one of the last such holidays Americans observe during war-time for many years. By this time next year, American combat troops are scheduled to be out of Afghanistan, thus ending the nation's longest war in history.

But even with ground forces safely out of two protracted conflicts in the Middle East, for many military families, the true cost of war is continuing to be felt far beyond the battlefield.

Now, a new study looking into personalized treatment for sufferers of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is offering fresh hope for returning service members.
