Mass. Congressman Stephen Lynch was one of about 50 American lawmakers who attended the Munich Security Conference this weekend. The conference revealed just how wide the divide between Europe and the Trump administration has become, with many foreign leaders, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, offering severe critiques of U.S. foreign policy.
