Early Wednesday morning, federal agents arrested the former president of the Massachusetts State Police union and the group's Beacon Hill lobbyist at their respective houses in Worcester and Hull.

The Massachusetts U.S. attorney is charging Dana Pullman and Anne Lynch with conspiracy and obstruction of justice — accusing the two of running a scheme that gathered thousands of dollars in illegal kickbacks.
