Massachusetts Congressman Joseph Kennedy III has confirmed that he is considering a run for the Senate in 2020. Kennedy has already filed candidacy paperwork with the Federal Election Commission, though he says he still hasn't officially decided whether or not he's running. Entering the race would mean challenging incumbent Democratic Senator Ed Markey, who is already facing two other primary challengers.
